During my artistic journey, one area of design that has deeply resonated with me is Islamic architecture.

Patterns and light—two prominent elements from what I call my Islamic “backyard”—have shaped how I see both religion and self-expression. This project was born from a desire to fuse contemporary architecture with the rich visual language of Islamic design. In Islamic tradition, light symbolizes both the path to Allah and the concept of unity—ideas I sought to embody through form and material.

This project marked a turning point for me. It not only sparked my passion for architecture and design, but also became a personal bridge—linking ancestral heritage with the present, and crafting a new spatial language from both.
